Collection/Pick Up of pre-made Bespoke Bouquets

Studio Walk in - You are welcome to pick up pre-made orders in our Chancery Lane store as follows:

Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm

Saturday & Sunday 9am - 2pm

Please note on your order form if pick up or delivery is required outside these hours.

Outside of these hours we are very fortunate to utilise our neighbours at Robe or our friends at Dispensary Bar & Diner as our “depot”, however we would confirm that with you.

Delivery Details

Delivery Times 11am - Noon & 3 pm- 4pm - For the best result for delivery of your flowers, please indicate on your order form your desired day and we will do our very best to get there from 11am. If the order is placed the day before, delivery time on the day is generally between 11am and noon for the morning. Pick up time is after 10am.

Note on your order form - Often we have pre-orders placed days earlier, which may come before yours. So if you require a certain time frame, to meet an appointment time or celebration, please note on your order form.

Delivering Later in the day - Also, sometimes, due to a high volume of deliveries, or deliveries further than 10K from Bendigo, we may slip outside work hours and we ask for a little flexibity. Please call us if you require a particular time frame. It’s not always possible to be there on the dot, so an hour’s grace is helpful.

Locked Gates - Please also note any specific delivery requirements in the “Anything else we need to know" section of this form. i.e. if the property is rural and/or if there is no property number or there may be an electronic gate.

Bendigo Health - Deliveries to Bendigo Health are made by our staff and delivered to the ward. Our policy is to check if the patient is still there before delivering., which we do as soon as the order is processed. Due to the time it takes to park, get up to the ward, we endeavour to get to the hospital in the shortest period of time, however it is not always possible to arrive at a particulr time and we ask for you to trust the process and know that we will get to the Hospital as soon as we can. If your delivery is to a staff member, a little more flexibility is still required for delivery times. Please note any time constraints on your order form.

Same day delivery orders must be placed before noon.

For other Central Victorian towns, delivery is next day.

Delivery fees are as follows:

$16.00 - Bendigo area within 8K of CBD & includes Ironbark, Flora Hill, Spring Gully, Long Gully, California Gully, Eaglehawk, White Hills & Golden Square

$20.00 - Outside of CBD & includes Big Hill, Epsom, Ascot, Kangaroo Flat, Woodvale & Maiden Gully

$26.00 - 9K - 16K from CBD & includes, Axe Creek, Huntly, Junortoun, Longlea, Myers Flat & Strathfieldsaye

$32.00 - 17K - 25K from CBD & includes Axedale, Lockwood & Marong

$36.00 - 25K - 30K Rural & includes Bagshot, Eppalock, Ravenswood, Raywood, Sedgwick, Myrtle Creek, Lyall & Shelbourne
